I purchased brand new tires. After getting down the highway realized my car now has a horrible shake at 65mph. Take it to my trusted precision auto and find out not only did the not balance the tires, The tires are used! Not to even mention the little attentions to details, all my tire caps were missing as well and the service took way longer than should. Writing this as I get ready to head up there to get a refund. Make sure you have a trusted/reliable 2nd opinion before visiting these shops.

These people have no issue risking your life for money (see end for diagnosis). How else can being so under qualified while continuing to work on cars be explained? They did a terrible job and tried to make it seem like I was the problem (I spoke to three men): 1.) Missing lug nut? “It was already missing!” (Mind you, nothing was said to me) 2.) Unbalanced tires? “They’re not” 3.) Dirty front seat? “Why did you let a mechanic drive your car?” (To add, the man barely looked like he could drive when pulling into the bay) 4.) Waiting for 40 minutes in the cold to have the problem fixed. “Why are you still here? You should have listened to…” …And so on. Overall, a severe lack of accountability and care. I now see why every one there would look over their shoulder as they work. Mind you, this is ineffective if all they do is deny and blame once an issue is found. My regular mechanic couldn’t believe that they’d reject to fix the issues!!! They asked “do they want to kill you?” and almost had me in tears when I realized what I had been using to drive my two nieces around. DIAGNOSIS: It was determined that after visiting “Best” Tires, my hub caps were misaligned, my lug nuts were loose

This place couldn’t even patch a tire correctly AND didn’t put my chrome valve stem cover back on. Requested a tire patch, all seemed ok, left , went back to work, came outside to leave for the day and tire flat. Was able to get air and make it back to the shop just for them to take my tire off and have me waiting outside like I don’t even exist. There’s also a lady here very upset about the same thing! I was just told that the patch is good but my rims are “old” and the tire wasn’t holding air because it needed to be sealed around the rim. Like, why didn’t y’all know that!!??? Although the guy that put my tire back on was really nice, I would strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Customer service was amazing!!!! Brisco gave me a great deal on 2 tires n went above and beyond on the service would 10/10 recommend this place for new/used tires very professional/friendly atmosphere I'll definitely be back here if I need tires again

I had gotten my car towed here a few weeks back. I had to buy 3 used tires. They made sure I was satisfied before putting them on. Needless to say the tires were Michelin and looked brand new!!! Quick and great service. 10/10 recommend!!!
